What the 7 metrics check
- Core health score — overall quality from the Retineo engine.

- Superseded notes — older versions replaced by newer ones.
- Topic balance — whether one topic dominates or topics are too sparse.
- Opportunities — concrete actions ranked by impact.
- Recommendations — next steps tailored to the personal profile.
